Tenancy Management Support Officer

My local authority client in the Home Counties are seeking an experience Tenancy Management Support Officer to join their team for a 3 month rolling contract.

The role is hybrid working but being able to drive and have access to your own car is essential. The remote working available will be dependant on the inspections and site visits required so it will vary week to week based on your workload.

The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
– Processing of invoices for void properties for their gas and electric.
– Deal with the garage maintenance for properties on the district.
– Low level housing management based duties but not allocations or new sign ups.
– You will be involved in the decanting process for some of the properties.

Experience within a similar role in either a Council/Local Authority or Social Housing Provider is a must.

This role is for an immediate start and interviews will be held ASAP.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
