Our Managed Payroll services have been designed to help you manage your contract and interim staff, as we take care of the payroll process and proactively managing it so that you don't have to.
We spend time with all of our Managed Payroll clients, ensuring that we fully understand your business and payroll needs. As part of our service, clients are assigned a dedicated advisor, who will consult throughout the process and will continue to manage the service when it goes live. We will then build the necessary system, using our own HMRC compliant in-house software. The system will be fully tested to ensure that it performs as expected and meets your own, unique requirements.
Once it's up and running, we take the necessary data (e.g. hours worked, commission rates and/or bonuses) and take care of everything from the payment of the employee, including necessary tax calculations, to the production and distribution of payslips. Employees will be paid by BACS, on the agreed date according to their contract. We can also provide liability and medical insurance cover where it is required.
