HMRC Intermediaries Legislation
As of the 6th April 2015 g2 Recruitment Solutions are required to report to HMRC on all contractors that we supply that operate through their own Limited Company (Personal Services Company) – this is part of HMRC’s Intermediaries Legislation.

Please note that the weekly submission deadline for approved timesheets will be changing for week ending 10 May 2015 onwards to 12pm on Mondays.
The deadline for all limited company contractors that have not signed up to a self-bill agreement to submit invoices will also 12pm on Mondays for week ending 10 May 2015 onwards.
As a reminder: we are unable to make payments to limited company contractors that have not signed up to a self-bill agreement without the receipt of an invoice that corresponds to an approved timesheet.
Easter Payroll Deadlines:
Over the Easter Break there will be some changes to opening hours and payments
Timesheets and Invoices
There will be no changes to your timesheet and invoice submission. Timesheets and invoices are to be submitted by 12:00 on the Monday.
Payments due Friday 25th March 2016 will be deposited into your account on Thursday 24th March 2016.
Payroll Opening Hours
Thursday 24th March – 09:00 – 17:30
Friday 25th March – CLOSED
Monday 28th March – CLOSED
Normal opening hours will resume on Tuesday 29th March.
