Electrical Project Coordinator

Freelance Elektrischer Projektkoordinator – Logistics / Automation – 3 Months – Stuttgart

As Electrical Project Coordinator / Elektrischer Projektkoordinator your task will be to support / Coordinate the Electrical Planning, Engineering & installation on multiple projects in the logistics industry.

  • Available on-site in the Head office (Stuttgart) & some travel to site.
  • 5+ years experience within Electrical Engineering + Project Coordination & planning for automated / production systems.
  • Ideal experience: 400v, 24v (or some use of PLC’s) MV, LV – electrical cabinet and cable experience + Experience with Control Panels
  • EU passport (essential)
  • German Speaker (Essential)

  • You’ll be working as the Electrical Project Coordinator, based out of the client’s HQ near Stuttgart. You’ll be Coordinating, Planning and reviewing the Electrical Engineering work for multiple smaller logistic projects in Germany.
  • The projects are mainly Greenfield.
  • Siemens PLC’s are used on the projects.
  • You will not be engineering yourself, rather providing support & direction for the Engineering team to delivery the projects.
  • Advising the HW to be used on each project.
  • Assisting with Specifications for installation partners
  • Assisting with Engineering framework for electrical design.
  • You’ll be expected 2/3 days on-site every 2 weeks on Average. Other time will be in-office (50% home office possible after first month complete)

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
