The Head of Estates & Operations will be expected to lead on implementing the Council’s Corporate Plan as it relates to the services managed, along with any impacts on operations, staffing and budgeting, as well as being responsible for ensuring the Council is up to date with policies and complies with all legal requirements associated with those work streams.
