Project Planner

g2 Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Planner from an industrial background to work on a major EPC project near to Amsterdam, roughly €500m. The client has an immediate need and could start somebody straight away.

The role will suit a planner with experience in the petrochemical / onshore oil & gas / renewables industry with a strong track record of planning epc projects. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience using primavera P6 / Microsoft project.

Project Planner / Scheduler

START: ASAP – Immediate (Interviews next week)

LOCATION: Amsterdam

DURATION: 12 Month Contract.

Essential Skills:

5+ years’ experience with planning / scheduling construction on EPC projects.

Experience with planning tools such as primavera P6 / MSP

Engineering background is preferred.

(Petro)chemical, onshore oil & gas, waste to energy experience required.

Dutch speaking essential.

Beneficial Skills:

Experience working for the end client.

The client is a plant operator which is building a production plant near Amsterdam. They require a planner / scheduler to join them immediately assisting with developing the full EPC project schedule.

The client has an immediate requirement and will be able to interview this week.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
