As a Senior Process/Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and optimization of high frequency circuits and RF measurement processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high frequency circuits and systems.
- Lead and implement RF measurement processes to ensure precision and accuracy.
- Optimize existing processes and develop new methodologies to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RF and high frequency solutions into electro-optical products.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of high frequency components.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Document processes, designs, and results comprehensively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in high frequency electronics and RF measurement processes.
- Proficiency in designing high frequency circuits.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with relevant software tools and simulation programs.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Minimum B2 level proficiency in German is required.
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior engineers.
