Our Client, a leading player in the field of eMobility and battery testing for electric vehicles, is seeking a talented System/Battery Testing Engineer to join their dynamic team in Nuremberg. This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in the rapidly evolving electric vehicle industry.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting comprehensive system and battery testing for electric vehicles, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Designing, implementing, and executing test plans and procedures to evaluate performance, reliability, and safety of electrical systems and batteries.
- Analyzing test results, identifying issues, and providing recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and quality assurance to drive product development and innovation.
- Contributing to the development of testing methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in system and/or battery testing within the automotive or eMobility industry.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and components, with experience working with high voltage systems preferred.
- Proficiency in German language is required for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
