SE Manager Opportunity - Renewable Manufacturing Industry - Permanent Opportunity

HSE Manager to join our client in North Brabant, Eindhoven for Q2/3 2025! This client is looking for someone to grow in the company, even offering HVK sponsorship for those interested to level up their skillset. They are a large, international company, leading in their sector. Details are below.

POSITION: HSE Manager

START: June, July OR August

LOCATION: North Brabant, Eindhoven

SALARY: 5,500 - 6,250 a month + package

STYLE: 38 hour work week, mon-fri, permanent

What you need:

  • MVK minimum or higher
  • B2+ Dutch and English
  • 3+ years HSE experience
  • To be a motivated and ambitious
  • Interest to upgrade to HVK, if you are not already?

Tasks:

  • You will be apart of the Management team for the plant.
  • Here you will be implementing HSE standards fitting with EU and local regulations.
  • This is 70% Safety and 30% Environmental role.

Therefore, legal obligations and government discussions will be necessary. You will lead toolbox talks, help the sustainability of the company be more aware and get stuck in.

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
