Role: CSA Manager - Data Centre - Concreate Experience.
Rate: (DOE) Depends on experience.
Location: North, Holland.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 6 Months.
The Role:
As our CSA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil, structural, and architectural aspects of our data center projects located in the North of Holland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in concrete works will be particularly valuable in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all CSA activities throughout the project lifecycle, from initial design to final handover.
- Lead and collaborate with internal teams (project management, engineering, procurement) and external stakeholders (architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers).
- Review and approve design documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client specifications.
- Develop and manage project schedules and budgets related to CSA works.
- Oversee the execution of all civil, structural, and architectural works on site, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
- Provide expert knowledge and oversight of concrete works, including mix design, placement, curing, and quality control.
- Proactively identify and resolve any technical issues or challenges related to CSA and concrete works.
- Monitor progress, track key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to project stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties involved.
- Contribute to value engineering initiatives and identify opportunities for optimisation.
- Maintain a strong focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a CSA Manager, ideally with significant experience in a minimum of 2 years in data center projects.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience in all aspects of concrete works, including specifications, execution, and quality assurance.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- A relevant degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites in the North of Holland.
