Health Safety Environment Specialist

In collaboration with a large client operating in the Chemical industry, we are looking for an experienced HSE Supervisor on a 4-6-month freelance contract.

The client is looking for a HSE Supervisor to assist on a full-time contract on a large chemical plant 1 hour outside of Munich. This is a large chemical compounding facility.

The client is particularly interested in safety professionals with experience with mechanical, piping, and start-up related health and safety.

START: June

LOCATION:Upper Bavaria

CONTRACT LENGTH- 4-6 months

HOURS:5 days per week

HSE Supervisor - Chemical Industry - Upper Bavaria

Specification:

  • At least 4 years' experience within HSE
  • German and English Fluency
  • Preventieadviseur level 2
  • Experience of working on large chemical production facilities
  • Experience with mechanical, piping, and start-up safety
  • A motivation to drive good safety practice
  • A people person, positive and motivational with workers

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
