Construction Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to assist our client in the construction of a new Pharmaceutical plant in Frankfurt. The company are working closely with the end-client to ensure the project is delivered on-time and to the highest standard.

The Construction Director has asked us to put forward individuals with experience in managing complex pharmaceutical/data centre construction projects. The project is being built to accommodate for continued expansion, and once completed it will be one of the most advanced facilities in the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the project plans, schedules and budgets for the pharmaceutical facility
  • Ensure project complies with relevant industry regulations & the appropriate safety standards.
  • Co-ordinate contractor personnel, ensuring relevant information is supplied to representatives from both the construction and fit-out sub-contractors
  • Communicate with stakeholders and representatives from general and sub-contractors
  • Participate in aspects of project design, through to commissioning and operation
  • Oversee activities of Site Engineers & communicate closely with the Project Manager

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in CAPEX/Oil & Gas/Energy Infrastructure Projects
  • Degree in civil engineering/comparable qualification
  • Possess a strong blend of technical, communication and engineering skills
  • Project Management certifications such as as PMP or PRINCE2, or other relevant qualifications
  • Fluent English, German is desirable but not essential

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
