Business Intelligence Developer

We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join a leading Manufacturing company in Mechelen, on a 3-month contract. This hybrid role requires 2 days per week onsite.

The focus of this project is to ensure that stakeholders across all departments - Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain, etc. - have easy, reliable access to their data via Power BI, empowering better and faster decision-making.

Contract Length: 3-Months

Location: Hybrid (Mechelen, 2 days onsite)

Your Role:

  • Build and maintain powerful, user-friendly Power BI dashboards
  • Ensure consistent and structured data availability for key business units
  • Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Manage and optimise underlying databases and data pipelines

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
  • Strong command of Power BI, DAX, SQL, and Python
  • Skilled in Excel and database management
  • Background in FMCG environments is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
