Our client are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help them deliver high-quality engineering solutions to some of the most notable EPC contractors throughout the world, as well as key end users.
Overview
They operate across the renewable, oil & gas, energy and hydrogen sectors. As a Project Manager you will lead complex projects throughout these industries, typically valued between €400,000 and €25 million.
You will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of these projects, working closely with internal teams, clients and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Oversee and manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for EPCs and end users
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Risk & Change Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies, handling scope changes efficiently.
- Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and production teams to ensure project alignment.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure that projects adhere to contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Strong background in project management, preferably in electrolyzers, compressors or industrial equipment
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with EPC project execution and experience working with oil & gas and renewable energy clients.
- Technical Skills: Understanding of engineering processes, manufacturing workflows, and regulatory standards.
- Communication: Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
- Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP,) and methodologies (e.g., PMI).
- Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
