g2 have an incredibly exciting opportunity within the equipment manufacturing and supply (process) industry!

Our client in the equipment and supply (process) industry is currently looking for a Project Manager with a technical engineering background to join their pay-roll team within the Netherlands, near Gelderland.

The client is an equipment manufacturer for various process industries, specifically making technical equipment using pressurised vessels for use within a process plant or laboratory.

The client has a need for a Project Manager who will deliver projects from cradle to grave, you will be involved from the point of sale, through projects development, engineering, manufacturing and delivery to the client.

The clients are primarily based within highly regulated process sectors, any experience within these sectors is highly beneficial.

Project Manager Specification: Equipment Supply Company

START: Q3 2025 (July, August or September starts)

SALARY: €72,000 - €84,000 per annum + Package

LOCATION: Gelderland

Essential Skills: Project Manager - Manufacturing Sector

  • Project Manager - Technical engineering background
  • Experience with equipment projects for process industries
  • Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Bio, Gas or Waste sector experience
  • Experience delivering equipment supply projects - €1 - €5 million Euros
  • Experience with dealing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible with technical working history, ideally electro-mechanical within the industrial sector
  • Dutch speaking is highly preferred but not required.
  • English speaking is required

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
