Freelance EPLAN P8 Designer

Role - EPLAN P8 Designer

Duration - 6 Months+

Location - 100% remote/home working.

Client Location - Germany

I am working with a client of mine that focus on designing and manufacturing machinery/equipment within robotic tooling and material handling systems.

They are seeking a highly experience Freelancer to join their team for 6 months on a rolling basis to help with an EPLAN P8 project.

Job responsibilities:

- You will be upgrading and setting up a new version of the clients EPLAN P8 database, from version 2.4/2.7 - moving this through to 2.9 SP.
- You will be required to convert some of their existing documentation and drawings into the new system.
- Create some basic EPLAN automation diagrams and drawings for machinery within tooling/material handling systems, in particular within the Automotive field.

You will need to be a fluent German speaker and must have the ability to work as a Freelancer within Germany.

Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
