About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex data center construction projects in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale Capex projects, with a particular emphasis on MEP systems. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining excellent relationships with blue-chip clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for data center construction projects, with Capex values exceeding €50 million
  • Oversee all aspects of MEP design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams including contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Act as the primary client interface, maintaining strong, professional relationships with blue-chip clients and ensuring their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Develop and control project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues proactively
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
  • Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management and clients
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
