CSA Construction Project Manager

We’re currently supporting a large DC client looking for an experienced CSA Construction Project Manager to join their team delivering large-scale data center projects in Iceland.

In this role, you’ll oversee the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) scope — managing contractors, monitoring on-site progress, ensuring safety and quality standards, and driving project delivery on schedule and within budget. You’ll also collaborate closely with client and consultant teams to resolve issues proactively and ensure smooth project execution through handover.

 

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Solid CSA experience within Industrial projects
  • Delivered 1 or more Data Center project
  • A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related experience
  • 5+ Years within Construction / Project Management
  • The legal right to work in Iceland or willingness to relocate Must have an EU passport

 

We also have multiple upcoming projects across Belgium, France, Germany, and Finland, so there’s potential for future mobility and broader European exposure.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
