Projectbeheersing Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Projectbeheersing Specialist to support large-scale infrastructure and electrotechnical projects in the Zwolle region.

In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining project control systems using Relatics to ensure that all aspects of project performance — including planning, cost, and risk — are fully transparent and effectively managed.

You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with technical requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain the Projectbeheersing system within Relatics

Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and risks across multiple disciplines

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation to support decision-making

Support the project team with planning, scheduling, and control activities

Identify project risks and advise on corrective actions

Work in close collaboration with engineering, finance, and construction teams

Ensure compliance with internal processes and client-specific project standards

Essential Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in projectbeheersing, project control, or project management support

Demonstrable experience with Relatics (required)

Background in Electrotechnical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field

Experience working on infrastructure, energy, or civil engineering projects

Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, or other planning tools

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written), with good command of English
