PV Site Manager

We are looking for a Site Manager in the PV industry, based in Madrid.

The client is a fast-growing innovator within the renewable industry. They are working in the Solar/BESS industry throughout Europe, operating in countries such as Italy, France & Germany.

Languages:ย Fluent inย English & Spanish

Salary:ย DOE

Start: December/January 2025

Duration: 12 Months

Responsibilities

  • Technical engineering background/experience (preferably with PV/BESS industry, construction)
  • Experience on both the technical and commercial side of projects
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage track production, includingย on-site quality control, packing, and logistics coordination.
  • Experience managing time, quality and budget within projects
  • Experience being the point of contact between suppliers, internal team and the customer

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years Project Management experience in the technical engineering industry (preferably PV/BESS/construction)
  • Ability to read and interpretย AutoCAD drawings
  • Fluent inย English & Spanish
  • Ability to manage technical and commercial sides of a project

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
