HSE Supervisor – Antwerp

We are looking for a HSE Supervisor to join a client on a large-scale Petrochemical construction project in Antwerp for the period of 12 months.

 

They are the end client/ Asset owner and are looking for someone who can oversee the work on site, working with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is completed in line with the company's HSEQ Policies.

 

START: ASAP

LOCATION: Antwerp, Belgium

Contract length: Until the end of 2026 (Payroll/BV) Freelance

Hours: 50 hours a week (Some Saturday work)

 

HSE Supervisor

Specification:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a HSE Supervisor
  • English language skills are essential, and Dutch is highly Preferred
  • Industrial construction experience
  • A motivation to drive good safety practice and change to positive behavior
  • Working experience onsite in an industrial, chemical, petrochemical or energy plant.

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
