About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Projectbeheerser to support a major civil infrastructural programme in the Arnhem region. The role focuses on ensuring integral control across scope, time, cost, risk, and quality for one or more complex infrastructure projects in the design and execution phase.
You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary project team — including project management, engineering, and contract management — helping to maintain project integrity, financial control, and transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, implement, and maintain the project control framework (planning, cost control, risk management, change management, document control).
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project.
- Coordinate the monitoring and reporting cycle (monthly reporting, KPI dashboards, EV analysis, and performance reviews).
- Support the project manager and team leads in steering on time, budget, and quality.
- Manage risk registers and facilitate risk sessions; ensure mitigations are implemented.
- Analyse deviations and advise on corrective actions and impact on project scope.
- Ensure traceability and auditability of project decisions and changes
- Liaise with stakeholders including contractors, engineering partners, and governmental agencies.
- Support tendering and contracting processes (project budget development, cost estimates, financial scenarios).
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, or similar.
- 5+ years of experience as Projectbeheerser / Projectcontroller / Projectcontrol Consultant in the civil infrastructure sector
- Proven experience in Planning, Cost Control, Risk Management, Systems Engineering, or Scope Management.
- Familiar IPM-model, and projectbeheersing frameworks used in Dutch public sector projects.
- Strong analytical and communication skills; able to translate complex data into clear advice.
- Proficient in Excel, Primavera P6 or MS Project, Relatics, and ideally SAP or Power BI.
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written); English proficiency is a plus
