Modelleur (Civil 3D / Revit) – Civil Infrastructure Projects | Netherlands

About the Role:

We’re looking for a talented Modelleur to join a multidisciplinary design team working on some of the Netherlands’ most high-profile civil infrastructure projects, the kind that literally shape the landscape. From major road widenings to complex rail integrations, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming design concepts into buildable, integrated solutions.

As a Modelleur, you’ll translate input from advisors and engineers into detailed 3D models, optimise designs, and help coordinate the technical interface between disciplines. You’ll play a key role in design delivery across tenders and projects, ensuring feasibility, accuracy, and innovation at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Roadway/highway design
  • Develop and maintain accurate 3D models based on multidisciplinary design input (Revit / Civil 3D).
  • Review, optimise and document design solutions to achieve buildable, cost-effective outcomes.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers and contractors to ensure technical quality and consistency.
  • Support the design lead by providing technical insight and advising on realistic timelines.
  • Coordinate with other design disciplines to deliver integrated BIM models.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO / WO) in Civil Engineering.
  • 4–5+ years of experience as a Modelleur within medium or large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit; Civil 3D experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of interface management and systems engineering.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Flexible to travel across project sites in the Netherlands.

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
