We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data centre campus in Wustermark, Brandenburg. This role involves managing all phases of construction and commissioning for a 300 MW facility, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for multi-phase construction.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Oversee compliance with German building regulations and sustainability standards.
  • Manage risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to senior stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental requirements.

 

Essential Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres or critical infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, power distribution, and cooling technologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-million-euro budgets and complex stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus).

 

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with hyperscale data centre design standards.
  • Experience with sustainability certifications (e.g., LEED).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera).
