Tenancy Manager – East Midlands– 6 months- Hybrid

In this role you will:
- Manage a team of four Housing Officers, providing leadership, guidance, and support.
- Oversee estate services, ensuring full compliance with SLAs, tenancy conditions, rent arrears processes, and ASB policies.
- Progress ASB and tenancy-related cases to legal action when required, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
- Promote tenancy sustainability by signposting residents to support services, building strong partnerships, engaging with communities, and encouraging resident involvement.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks to monitor service delivery and uphold standards.
- Monitor team and individual performance, identifying issues early and taking timely action to address them.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience managing Housing Officers and overseeing estate services, including compliance with SLAs, tenancy conditions, rent arrears, and ASB processes.
- Strong capability in tenancy management and enforcement, including progressing ASB and tenancy cases to legal action, promoting tenancy sustainability, and working effectively with residents and partner agencies.
- Excellent performance and quality management skills, with the ability to conduct assurance checks, monitor outcomes, and take timely action to address service or team issues.
