Benefits Manager - 3 month contact - Hybrid, 2 days in the office - Midlands
To be considered for this role, you must have the following experience:
- Previous experience overseeing a team of benefits officers in a busy local authority.
- Previous experience giving direction to officers and supporting them in their daily duties.
- Oversee the processing and management of housing benefit claims, liaising with tenants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
- Relevant understanding of benefits legislation
- Proficient in the IT System Academy is desirable.
