CSA Project Manager · On-site

We are seeking an experienced CSA Project Manager to oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural works on a major construction project in Frankfurt. The role is site-based and offered on a 12-month freelance contract.

 

CSA Project Manager

Contract type: Freelance - 12 Months

Location: Frankfurt, Germany

Start Date: February

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all CSA activities on site
  • Lead and interface with CSA contractors and subcontractors
  • Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management
  • Control budgets, variations, and change management related to CSA scope
  • Ensure works are delivered to required quality standards
  • Enforce HSE regulations and local building compliance
  • Coordinate with MEP and other project disciplines

 

Your profile:

  • Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager on large-scale construction projects
  • Strong background in civil, structural, and architectural works
  • Experience on data centre or complex commercial projects preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent English required; German is an advantage

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
