Radar System Integration & Validation Engineer · Hybrid

We have had a new request in Munich for a Validation Engineer with multiple openings, this will be working with the next generation automotive radar products in the semiconductor industry.

 

Job title: Radar System Integration & Validation Engineer

Location: Munich

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead radar system integration and validation activities in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Implement system integration strategies within development projects.
  • Translate customer acceptance criteria into test and validation implementations.
  • Define and execute system validation plans, including development of validation benches.
  • Perform 77GHz radar system measurements using lab equipment to assess system and chip performance.
  • Develop and adapt test cases within automated testing frameworks.
  • Collaborate with system, product, and IP architects to refine requirement definitions.

 

Required Education & Experience:

  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive radar systems.
  • Strong understanding of HW/SW interaction in modern radar systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microwave, RF, and microcontroller measurement setups.
  • Proficiency in measurement engineering, system applications, and validation methodologies.
  • Experience with lab automation and coding (MATLAB, Python); Java is a plus.
  • Familiarity with software development tools (Git, JIRA) and modern IDEs.

These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
