CSA Site Manager

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

An international construction contractor delivering complex, high-value projects across Northern Europe is seeking an experienced CSA Site Manager to join a high-performing project team in Copenhagen.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a flagship critical environment project for a blue-chip client, within a fast-paced and professional site team.

 

The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of CSA works on site, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and programme.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily site operations and CSA activities
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors and supply chain
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and site teams
  • Monitor progress and report accurately to project management
  • Work closely with the commercial team to identify risks and upcoming issues
  • Drive high-quality finishes and snag-free delivery

About You

  • Proven experience as a CSA Site Manager on large-scale construction projects
  • Background in critical environments; data centre or life sciences experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commercially aware with a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and construction scheduling tools

Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
