A client, a well‑established insurance specialist, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support system change and transformation projects within their P&C (Property & Casualty) domain. The role centres on analysing current processes, gathering requirements, and contributing to the implementation of new or enhanced insurance systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse existing P&C insurance processes and system workflows.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Collaborate with IT, underwriting, claims, and product teams on system changes.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and defect follow‑up.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Produce clear documentation: process maps, requirements, user guides, impact assessments.
- Monitor project progress and support delivery teams throughout the lifecycle.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within P&C insurance.
- Strong understanding of underwriting, policy administration, and claims processes.
- Background in system change, migration, or transformation projects.
- Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work on‑site in Brussels as required.
