Site Manager (m/f/d) – In this role, you will lead and supervise large-scale projects, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and take full responsibility for on-site project management, including the coordination of commissioning activities. You will act as the key interface between clients, subcontractors, and service teams.
This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile projects alongside industry-leading clients within the data centre sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee large-scale construction and installation projects
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Manage on-site project execution and coordinate commissioning activities
- Communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related matters
Your Profile:
- Technical qualification as a technician, master craftsman, or a comparable technical degree
- Strategic, structured, and responsible working approach
- Confident personality with strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- Initial experience in technical sales is an advantage
- Good command of English & German
