A client is currently looking an EIC Engineer to join their expanding team based in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
The client is looking for permanent candidates to work supporting their engineering, design and project delivery teams on a range of skid package projects which are delivered to both the onshore and offshore energy markets.
The client is working on process type skid packages; covering engineering, equipment specification, building/fabrication, FAT and SAT, and you would work on all electrical and instrumentation engineering aspects, as well as working on systems engineering/PLC programming and development.
The client will also consider candidates who have suitable electrical or controls engineering experience, however instrumentation knowledge is needed.
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Netherlands, Rotterdam
SALARY: €4,500 – €6,500 per month – depending upon experience
PACKAGE: Good Package – one day from home per week
EIC Engineer – Electrical, Controls & Instrumentation
Specification:
- Electrical experience – engineering, specific equipment, low voltage
- Electrical engineer – knowledge of control panels, junction boxes, wiring diagrams, layouts
- Knowledge of ATEX or ASME standards is very beneficial
- PLC systems/programming experience - Siemens, Yokogawa, etc.
- Oil & Gas/Chemical/Power generation experience, process industries needed
- FAT or SATs
- English language skills / Dutch is not required
The client is working on the design, engineering, and skid-package build projects. They need an electrical & controls engineer to work on electrical engineering, electrical specification (cabinets, MCCs), electrical layout, working with supply partners and support the build as a technical engineer.
