Your Role
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial job briefings to successful candidate placements
- Drive new business development through tailored sales strategies and proactive client engagement
- Source and qualify top talent across EU Engineering & Construction markets using effective recruitment methods
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates within your specialist market
- Collaborate with colleagues to share insights and achieve team and individual goals
What We’re Looking For
- No recruitment experience needed - full training provided
- Sales/customer-facing experience is a plus
- Strong communicator: confident, curious, and comfortable speaking to people
- Competitive mindset: ambitious, target-driven, and financially motivated
- Based in or willing to relocate to Cardiff
