The Role -
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and execution of major renewable energy projects. Based on-site in Munich, you’ll work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant delivery of electrical systems across the full project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and review electrical systems for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, storage).
- Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and project engineering teams during design and construction phases.
- Ensure compliance with German and European electrical standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes and best practices.
Requirements:
- EU citizenship and previous freelance experience
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience in renewable energy, power systems, or EPC project environments.
- Strong understanding of LV/MV/HV systems and grid integration.
- Knowledge of relevant German and EU regulations and technical standards.
- Proficiency with industry software (e.g., EPLAN, AutoCAD, ETAP, DIgSILENT PowerFactory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on, collaborative mindset.
- Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
