Project Director · Hybrid

Project Director to deliver construction biased projects (Data Centres) for clients throughout the Nordics. The client works as both a sub-contractor and main contractor, involved from site set up to final hand over.

The client has Data Centre projects throughout Europe and The Nordics, you would be primarily involved supporting projects in the Nordics. The project/package values are between £10 Million - £20 Million on average.

The client is ideally looking for a Project Director who is able deliver projects in a variety of industries, covering multiple construction stages, managing both office and site based requirements, with project documentation, planning, cost management and management of stage gates.

START: ASAP - Q1 / Q2 2026 Feasible

LOCATION: London – Central – Near White Chapel

SALARY: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum + package

WORK LOCATION: Office based working, travel to sites as required (limited travel)

Specification:

  • Project Director – 10+ Years’ experience with project management or construction background
  • Sectors experience covering municipal, government, retail, data centre, industrial
  • Ideally delivering technical projects covering site preparation, enabling works, site infrastructure
  • Technical background in construction projects, main or sub-contractors
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, work closing with site delivery and operations teams
  • Experience with project planning, cost, commercials very beneficial

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
