Our client are seeking an experienced Project Manager to be responsible for overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update the construction programme with the Contracts Manager and ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Act as the technical lead, providing guidance and mentoring to project team members.
- Determine project staffing requirements and maintain effective communication within the team.
- Implement the company’s safety system and promote a strong safety culture on the project.
- Manage project quality throughout the lifecycle, ensuring expected build standards are met.
- Control project costs and tightly manage preliminaries and subcontractor packages.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to deliver agreed commercial objectives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with the client team, keeping them informed of claims and delays as required.
Your Profile:
- A third‑level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years’ experience managing complex commercial construction projects, including new builds and fit‑out works.
- Experience working within design‑and‑build environments.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and successfully deliver complex projects.
- Strong technical capability, numeracy skills, and report‑writing proficiency.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Commercial awareness and the ability to develop cost‑effective solutions.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and project‑scheduling software.
