g2 are currently looking for a Project Manager to join them on a on a permanent basis, based in Helsinki, Finland.

The client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a fast-paced construction site. They are looking for someone who is interested in finding a new exciting challenge and is ready to hit the ground running, bring new ideas, and grow with a fast‑moving team.

The client requires a Project Manager who has an understanding of site operations for a construction site, happy with anyone who has worked on a site from breaking ground, through setting up site infrastructure to the ongoing operations whilst construction continues.

 

START: May 2026 onwards

SALARY: €90,000 – 125,000 + package

LOCATION: Helsinki, Finland

 

Specification:

- 5+ years’ experience with construction projects; projects, site or operations management

- Knowledge of set up construction sites, site infrastructure or logistics

- Working history for a main contractor, sub-contractor considered

- Knowledge of operational site requirements, work permits, RAMS, risk assessment

- Ability to supervise teams of site and logistics managers, site-based workers, technicians, site engineers

- Excellent English speaking

 

The client has the opportunity for the successful Project Manager to join them in May 2026.

They are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who can immerse themself into the fast-paced environment, alongside their friendly team.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

Kane joined g2 in April 2023 as an Academy & Systems Trainer.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant. Working closely with different consultants and watching them implement the feedback, apply it, and then benefit off the back of it.
