Quality Control Officer · On-site

g2 are urgently looking for a Quality Control Officer to join them, on a permanent basis, based in North Holland, Netherlands.

They are a food manufacturing company, looking to bring on an experienced Quality Control (QC) Officer. This is a permanent position based in North Holland, offering the opportunity to step into a hands-on role within a fast-paced production environment, ensuring product quality and compliance with food safety standards.

This position will play a key role in driving quality standards across manufacturing, working independently as well as with colleagues, and ensuring compliance within a highly regulated setting.

 

START – June 2026 onwards

LOCATION – North Holland, Netherlands

CONTRACT – Permanent

SALARY – €3000 - €4000 per month + Package (Holiday, Bonus, Travel Allowance etc.)

 

Specification

- MBO or HBO in a food discipline

- 2-3 years experience in a similar role

- Experience in the food industry

- English and Dutch (B2+) speaking required

**Please note, the client will not consider candidates who are below B2 level Dutch**

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
