Environment, Health and Safety Manager · On-site

g2 are currently looking for a EHS Manager to join them on a on a permanent basis, based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

The role would require an EHS (Environment, Health and Safety) Manager to join them on their construction site. They would also consider HSEQ or QHSE profiles.

The client are are working on the operational safety, maintenance and the management of their HSE/HSEQ systems. This is an international client, so you will be managing safety onsite, dealing with local teams, but delivering international safety procedures.

START: ASAP

SALARY: €90,000 - €120,000 + package

LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands

 

Specification:

- HSE/HSSE/HSEQ/QHSE technical background with relevant certification

- MVK, PA2, NEBOSH or similar certification

- ISO experience (9001, 14001, 45001)

- Knowledge of safety HSE/QMS management systems

- Clear understanding of behaviour-based safety management

- Excellent English language skills

- Dutch language skills are beneficial

The client has the opportunity for the successful EHS Manager to join them in Q2 2026, they would be happy for the successful candidate to mobilise at your earliest convenience.

The role requires a strong EHS manager who is confident in advising operational, maintenance and site based staff on health, safety and environmental issues.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
