Sales Account Manager · On-Site

Sales Account Manager to join our client based in North Holland, Netherlands to support their project and clients in the renewable energy sector.

The client requires a junior or medior Sales Account Manager ideally with an understanding of engineering equipment, power generation or renewable energy markets.

The client is a projects and operations company, working strictly in the renewable energy space, they work on project delivery, project management, construction, operational and maintenance support for a range of renewable energy sites.

 

Account Manager – Renewable Energy Sector – Existing clients - Junior / Medior

START: June 2026 or July 2026

LOCATION: North Holland, Netherlands (commutable from North Amsterdam, Beverwijk, Alkmaar)

SALARY: €3,500 – 4,500 per month + 8% + package + Car

 

Essential Skills:

  • Sales background, ideally an understanding or engineering or energy principles.
  • Hands on experience working in a sales capacity, ideally client facing.
  • Experience working with clients in an engineering or energy environment.
  • Degree qualification is beneficial, not essential.
  • An interest to work in the renewable energy sector is very beneficial.
  • English language is essential, conversational Dutch is also required.

 

The client is working on a broad range of projects, they cover site based electrical transmission, BESS (Battery energy storage), Solar and Geothermal projects. You would be working supporting their existing client network.

They are happy for candidates to be based in the Netherlands already, or prepared to relocate to the North Holland region.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
