Electrical Supervisor · Long-term Freelance/Permanent

G2 Recruitment are currently looking for a Data Center Technical Supervisor to join my client based in Eemshaven, Netherlands. This is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership role within one of the most advanced technical environments in the world.

The client is looking for someone with a strong technical background and proven experience managing technical teams within critical environments. In this role, you will oversee a team of technicians and maintain optimal performance of critical data center installations.

 

LOCATION: Eemshaven, Netherlands

START: ASAP

CONTRACT: Suitable for long term freelance or Permanent is preferred

 

Technical Supervisor (Data Center)

  • Technical background (e.g. Electrical Engineering)
  • Proven experience managing technical teams
  • Strong understanding of critical infrastructure environments
  • Experience with QHSE standards, including NEN 3140
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
