HSE Coordinator / SHEQ Coordinator · On-Site

We are looking to find 2 x SHEQ Coordinators (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) for the next 6 months to join a large Petrochemical Construction project in Belgium.

This is urgent and requires you to begin on W/C 29.06.26 on site.

You will be working for a client that have won part of the contract for all cranes, rigging and engineering materials transport across the entire site.

Role - HSE Coordinator/SHEQ Coordinator

Duration - 6 Months

Rotation - 6 / 2

Location - Belgium

Type - Freelance / Contract

Requirements:

- Must have the right work in Europe as a Freelancer (EU passport, A1 Certificate and Limosa Certificate)

- Have at least 5 year's in a SHEQ role, ideally working on international construction projects.

- Have a valid VCA certificate or the equivalent to work on large scale construction and engineering projects.

- Fluent English speaker.

 

The rotations for the project will be 6 weeks on site, 2 weeks at home.

 

Expenses for flights, hotels/accommodation, a hire car will be paid by my client directly. The only expenses they will not cover are food and drink*.

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
