Overview

A leading contractor is looking for an experienced CSA Project Manager / Lead to support delivery on major data centre projects in Norway.

This is a key role responsible for leading civil, structural, and architectural packages, managing stakeholders, and driving projects from design through to completion on fast-paced, mission-critical builds.

 

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a CSA Project Manager / Lead on large-scale projects
  • Strong background in data centres / mission-critical environments
  • Solid understanding of civil, structural, and architectural scope delivery
  • Experience managing design, construction, and coordination phases
  • Strong coordination across contractors, consultants, and client teams
  • Knowledge of BIM, Revit & AutoCAD (desirable)
  • Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and delivery timelines
  • Experience working in fast-track / high-pressure environments
  • Fluent English required (Swedish beneficial)

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead CSA delivery across data centre projects
  • Manage civil, structural, and architectural packages on site
  • Coordinate design, construction, and programme activities
  • Ensure integration with MEP and wider project disciplines
  • Track and drive programme, cost, and risk management
  • Oversee quality, compliance, and safety standards
  • Support reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Drive efficient delivery and resolve project challenges

Our Three Pillars of Training

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.
