G2 are currently working with an exciting client based in the Amsterdam area, who are looking for a Electromechanical Technician/Electrical Panel Builder on a freelance basis. The client have a very busy workload currently, so are looking for someone to join on a short-term, three-month contract assignment.
The client specialises in equipment manufacturing for the Aviation, Automotive and Defence industries, working on complex manufacturing projects for international clients.
You will be working on electrical assembly and build packages, mainly focusing on electrical panel manufacturing according to technical drawings, supporting equipment manufacturing projects.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Amsterdam area, Netherlands
Rates (Freelance): Competitive market rates - commuting costs covered by client, no accommodation covered/provided
Duration: Three-month contract
Essential Skills:
- Manufacturing/assembly experience with an electrical bias
- Experience working on assembly of electrical panels
- Able to interpret technical drawings and complete manufacturing processes accordingly
- Experience within equipment manufacturing environments (aviation, aerospace, automotive, defense very beneficial)
- Any experience with other electrical equipment very beneficial (circuit boards, wiring, circuit breakers, etc,)
- English essential, Dutch preferred but not essential
The client is looking for candidates to join for short term cover. They have multiple vacancies in the team for this position, so will also be able to consider people providing a team of technicians for three months.
