Quality Engineer · On-Site

We are currently searching for a Quality Engineer!

The client is looking for a Quality Engineer to join them on a permanent basis at their site near Bergen Op Zoom. The client works within the automotive industry and they manufacture and assemble a wide range of materials and components

START: ASAP (Permanent Contract)

LOCATION: Near Bergen Op Zoom, Netherlands

SALARY: €4000 - €5,500 per month + 8% + package

Essential Skills & Experience:

· Minimum 3 years’ experience within a Quality Department

· ISO9001 and IATF 16949

· Previous NCR experience

· Internal auditing experience

· New Product Introduction (product lifecycle in a manufacturing environment)

· Strong manufacturing and production experience

· Dutch and English is essential

 

The role will involve supporting the Quality manager in conducting audits, dealing with general quality issues, identifying the Root Cause and conducting reports. You will also be expected to interact with external stakeholders and customers with occasional travel.

 

*Non Dutch speakers will not be considered

Academy:
Week 1 is a series of remote sessions to learn all things systems, followed by a 1 week academy process which is a mixture of classroom and deskside this will be in one of our UK offices and usually consists of 3-8 other consultants all starting their journey together.

Experienced Modules:
These are a variety of sessions curated by us designed to support consultants as they are progressing through the career ladder, the aim is to ensure consultants at all levels have access to L&D.

Junior Management Programme:
Ran by our head of L&D this programme is designed to support junior managers as they start their management career. This involves things like personal branding, time management and ends in a business plan which is presented to members of the Exec board and senior management team.

His role involves teaching the consultants that are new to the company the foundations of recruitment and our systems before then helping them to upskill in areas specific to each consultant.
