Senior MEP Project Manager - Data Centre Project, Northeast Germany - Competitive Salary & Benefits Package
We're lookin for a Senior MEP Project Manager to join one of our clients on a flagship data centre project in Brandenburg, Germany.
Our client is a well-established engineering and construction specialist with long-standing relationships across the data centre and mission-critical sectors.
They are seeking an experienced Senior MEP Project Manager to take ownership of the mechanical and electrical delivery on a major project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Following successful completion of the project, there will be opportunities to continue onto a range of future projects across Germany and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead MEP delivery throughout the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction to handover.
- Manage project execution plans, programmes, budgets, and key deliverables.
- Oversee cost control, forecasting, risk management, and commercial performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact between project teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams and promote a high-performance culture.
- Ensure compliance with all HSE, quality, and project-specific requirements.
- Review engineering deliverables, installation methodologies, commissioning activities, and handover processes.
- Support the successful coordination and integration of all building services systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Senior MEP Project Manager or MEP Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
- Strong data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial, or advanced manufacturing experience.
- Experience managing significant MEP packages (€20M+ preferred).
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services.
- Excellent leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant engineering or construction qualification.
- Fluent English required; German language skills are advantageous but not essential.
