About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the construction and delivery of a major mission-critical data centre project.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary construction activities across architectural, civil, structural, MEP, ICT, and environmental packages from installation through commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate international and local contractors to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery.
- Manage HSE and QA/QC in line with Finnish regulations and client requirements.
- Assess project scheduling requirements, support programme delivery, prepare 12-week look-ahead schedules, monitor site progress, and proactively communicate risks or delays.
- Support the Project Director throughout the project lifecycle, including planning (MS Project & Primavera P6), commercial activities, stakeholder management, commissioning, and handover.
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience delivering industrial construction projects.
- Experience on at least one data centre project; hyperscale experience is highly desirable.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluent English is essential; Finnish is a significant advantage.
- Right to work in Finland or an EU passport.
