Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, high-value data centre projects across Europe.
As part of a major new-build data centre programme in Sweden, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in datacentre projects to join the site delivery team on a rotational basis.

As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget, while overseeing programme planning, risk management, contractor performance, quality standards and compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
Additionally, you will drive effective communication across engineering, construction and commissioning teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale data centre projects from design through to commissioning.
- Manage project teams including Project Managers, Construction Managers and Site Supervisors.
- Coordinate with engineering, design, commercial, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage EPC contractors, consultants and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project governance, reporting, budgeting, scheduling and risk management activities.
- Chair and attend client, contractor and multi-discipline project meetings.
- Oversee testing, commissioning and handover to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years' experience delivering and managing large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Strong understanding of data centre design, construction, testing and commissioning.
- Fluent in English with eligibility to work across the EU.
