We are looking for Data center Project managers for Poland.

The Project
g2 Recruitment is supporting a data centre construction project in Katowice, Silesia. We're looking for a Polish-speaking Project Manager with an electrical or mechanical engineering background to lead day-to-day delivery on site, managing contractors, Programme and costs through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project delivery across programme, budget, quality and HSE
- Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on site
- Act as a key point of contact for the client, running progress meetings and reporting on status, risks and issues
- Oversee the MEP packages (electrical and/or mechanical) and coordinate design, installation and commissioning interfaces
- Manage change control, variations and cost tracking
- Maintain the project schedule and risk register and drive actions to close-out
- Ensure compliance with Polish construction regulations and site safety requirements
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
- At least 1 year of experience on data centre projects
- An electrical or mechanical engineering background (degree or equivalent)
- Fluent Polish; working English is an advantage
- Able to start in November 2026 and commit to a 12-month contract
- EU right to work, or able to work as a freelancer / B2B contractor in Poland
Desirable
- Experience on hyperscale, colocation or mission-critical projects
- Polish building qualifications (uprawnienia budowlane) in the electrical or sanitary (mechanical) specialism
- PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent certification
