Allocation Officer · Hybrid
We are currently working with authorities in the North who have got some exciting opportunities for Allocation officers.
Within this role you will:
- Process and assess housing applications, nominations, and allocations within agreed timescales, ensuring accurate documentation and eligibility verification.
- Manage property adverts, shortlists, and allocations via the choice-based lettings system, liaising with applicants, local authorities, and internal teams to ensure smooth processes.
- Maintain clear, auditable records of allocations, refusals, and property availability, supporting fair and transparent allocation services in line with policy.
